In the early decades of its existence, Invicta rapidly becomes splendid for its elegantly designed and functionally built wristwatches wrist watches.

The company was owned by Picards family for a very long time until 1991. Then Invicta was acquired by an investment company settled in the United States and their headquarter moved to Hollywood, Florida. The chief executive officer of Invicta is named Eyal Lalo.
